Hughes Pub is a small local bar located in Woodquay. This is one of Galways oldest Pubs and the Hughes name has been above the door since 1969 when it replaced Greaney's Pub.

Hughes has a reputation for a good pint of Guinness and good atmosphere. The beautiful frontage with its mirror like windows means you will have to wander inside to see whats going on but you can be pretty certain that on any evening there will be a few pints of Guinness being downed.
