Paddy Fahy

Paddy Fahy on Bohermore can only be described as the real deal. A neighbourhood local, it has remained unchanged inside for at least 20 years and probably more. Reminiscent of an old country pub, once inside you are transported to a different time. Decorated with photos and a varied assortment of mementos from foreign trips and visitors. The theme in here is no frills with comfortable seating spread around the open plan room. The focus here is the bar with lots of high stools to sit upon. A piano sits in one corner for those able to play. There are so many small things in here that no modern reproductions of old pubs can replicate such as the old style cigarette machine and its brand selection.

You won’t find any tourists venturing in here but if you really want a unique pub experience, Paddy Fahy is the place to go
