As the Volvo Ocean race rolls into town the pub scene has heated up with pubs rolling out live music evening and late night for the duration of the stopover.

There is also  blanket late night extensions for all pubs until 2am every Friday and Saturday of the from May 22nd until June 6th.

I came across a great photo recently and it might stir a few memories for those around Galway City about 10 years ago.
